Sarah is from Indianapolis, Indiana and received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Human Resource Management from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business in 2014. She began her human resources career in the manufacturing and production industry in 2015. She joined The Townsend Corporation in August 2019 as the Recruiting & Retention Specialist, taking on the role of the company’s recently created corporate recruiter.  When Sarah’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new places, cooking, and attending concerts or shows with her husband.
